Macadamia oil
has an unsurpassed ability to penetrate damaged skin, replenishing oils lost during the
day. All oils contain various 'fatty acids'. One of these, palmitoleic acid,
has long been known as beneficial to skin. Previously obtained from whale oil, a
source now completely unacceptable, it appears as a trace element in a few vegetable oils,
but is a major component of macadamia oil, which has an even higher percentage than the
whale!
